EventTrakker:

EventTrakker is designed to allow schools to EASILY maintain their own events calendar without the use of a costly and always-busy webmaster. They create a dynamic site where visitors can filter only the events they want to see. In essence, through filters, a school can put up 5 or 6 calendars (or more) with common events only entered once. For example, high school plays show up on the high school calendar, but not the lower school, and vice versa for lower school choral performances. EventTrakker Light is available and allows for 5 categories and 5 events per month, and is designed for smaller institutions with fewer events. The deluxe version offers unlimited categories and unlimited events and filters, allowing you to create multiple calendars inside your master calendar.

GiftTrakker:

GiftTrakker is designed to help schools accept donations online. It is a secure website that integrates fully into each school's website, and offers 128 Bit encryption, like online banking. There is a simple form that allows people to enter their personal information, plus their credit card information and gift details. That info is then submitted to a secure database and the donor is sent an email confirming their gift (customized by each school with their thank you letter). The school is also sent an email with the name of the donor and the amount of the gift. Credit card info cannot be sent via email, since email is not secure, so instead, the school logs to a secure console and print out or download the details (as html, or delimited text that can be imported into excel or other programs). Donors also have the option of saving their information on the site for their next visit, so the can give more easily and quickly. To get setup, I create the site based on the school's template and the school simply puts a link to it. People won't realize they've left the school's site, except they'll be on a secure server. AlumniTrakker:

A section of the site where alumni can update their online profiles, including information about themselves, their educational history and their future plans, as well as information about their family and current status. This section is totally database driven, so as soon as an alumnus makes a change to their profile, that information is then immediately available to the people surfing the site. The database is searchable by a variety of different options, including name, year, zip code, or keyword. A reporting system is also build in to allow users to view all records updated between two periods of time. This is helpful for the development office, because sometimes alumni make changes to their online info, but don't notify the school to let them know the changes.

The installation fee covers initial setup of software, plus customization to make it look very close to the rest of your website, plus working with your webmaster to make sure it's properly linked. This is an optional fee, since you or your webmaster can complete this process yourself by reading our documentation and using our administrative console to make your changes. Integrating EventTrakker into certain sites may be slightly higher, especially if special graphics need to be created. Trakkware can look at your existing website and tell you what will be involved

ContentTrakker:

ContentTrakker is a technology developed by Trakkware to allow clients to add dynamic content to ANY page on their site. What this means is that you can choose any page in the upcoming site to make dynamic and for a small monthly fee you will be able to change the content on that page from any computer that is connected to the internet (at school, home or on the road) at any time and the changes will appear on the site immediately.  ContentTrakker costs $150 for setup and training of the first page and $0 for each additional page.  Each page then costs $8 per month.

This new system will allow you to add/delete pages and content on your own and via a web-browser (no need to learn or understand HTML / DreamWeaver / FTP / etc.).
